Maintenance Request Form – If you need assistance with maintenance, we have a simple online form you can fill out. To find the form, just click on the Maintenance & Info tab at the top of the page. You can also click on the Maintenance Request link. You will see places to put in your contact information and to explain the issue you are facing. When you fill out the form and hit “Send,” your maintenance request will go straight to our staff members. We will read over the request and get to work on addressing your problem.
Maintenance & Informational Videos – This page has important information for you on simple maintenance tasks that you can perform. It is very important, for example, to clean out a dryer lint trap on a dryer. This page provides you with a video on how to clean out the dryer lint trap. You can also see videos on unclogging toilets, dealing with ants and other important issues. It’s worth your time to spend a few minutes looking over the videos.

Fire and Safety Tips – On this page, you will find extremely important information for all renters. Some of the information is aimed at college students, and we know you will benefit from the videos. Please take a few minutes to watch these safety videos with your friends.
Property Listings – If you are ready to look for a new home, you need to look over our property listings. In this section, you can find information on apartments and homes for rent in Athens Ohio that are currently available. You can also find information on units that will be open in the next school year. If you want to search for apartments and houses by price, we also make that simple for you. One section of our website lists apartments for rent for $450 or less, for example. Additional sections provide information on units listed at other prices.
