Suggestions for the Spare Bedroom in your Rental Unit
Many people who rent apartments in Athens Ohio end up with spare bedrooms from time to time. If you live in a three bedroom apartment, for example, one of your roommates may move out during the year.

Extra space for guests, clothes and even your shoes
Reading room – This is like a study, but it would be more for reading and talking with friends. The room could be filled with textbooks, but also with books you read for enjoyment. Ideally, it will also have comic books to read because comic books are awesome.
Extra bedroom – If you have a spare bedroom in your two bedroom apartment, you should consider making it an extra bedroom. This may seem boring, but it is practical. Family and friends like to visit, and you often need places for people to sleep. Wouldn’t it be nice to have them sleep in your spare bedroom and not on your sofa? Plus, you could still use the spare bedroom as a study when it is empty.
Walk-in closet – Ok, hear me out on this one. You take all of your clothes and put them in the spare room. You hang up clothes, put some in a dresser and finally have enough room for all of your shoes. You do have a lot of shoes, you know. It would be great to be able to get to all of them easily.
