Close to campus, walking distance to uptown, responsive and helpful apartment staff, appliances that aren’t cheap looking, granite countertops, it’s a secure complex and has security lighting and ground floor entry, affordable prices for a college student without having an outdated apartment.” Tony Green<\/p>\n

“I lived at 64 W Carpenter St for the 2018-2019 school year and it was the honesty the best year ever. Anytime anything needed fixed we had a maintenance guy at our door within 20mins. Although sometimes it did take a couple tries to fix things it\u2019s okay because pipes aren\u2019t always that easy to find a problem. Every time I ever called the office they worked with me and they helped us every step of the way even when on of our roommates decided last minute that she wasn\u2019t going to live with us so she didn\u2019t pay rent they gave us time to figure out the situation and find a sub-leaser. I recommend them to literally anyone that\u2019s ever looking for a place to live in Athens. (especially 64 it\u2019s the one of the best apartments in Athens, Ohio, and everyone that lived there before me even reached out to tell me how amazing it was to live in that house) Overall one of the best experiences I\u2019ve had with a rental company.” Sara Barnet<\/p>\n
