Now that you have your own place, you need to know what to do in case of an emergency.
First and foremost, always remember that for any major emergency, please call 911 right away. If you have house fire, home invasion, medical emergency, or other major issue, always call 911 immediately.

University Rentals offers a fulltime maintenance department. When you move in, you will have access to a specific maintenance professional. You will also have access to the maintenance professional’s phone number for when you have maintenance issues.
